A painting for the last surviving founder of Thanksgiving Square for his birthday. The committee and I walked the site to find all of the most important elements to include in the painting. He had already had so many paintings of the actual most beautiful piece of architecture ever, I thought of creating a collage to highlight certain elements of the site. The etching from a window, his favorite saying very big across the painting, the background represents the beautiful stained glass ceiling.
